The farm house "Torre Sant'Anastasia" is a fascinating residence in the country drawn from an old Roman tower.

An accurate work of restructuring, has made of "Sant'Anastasia" a comforting and hospitable farm house, that unites the peace and the calm of the country to the convenience of being very close to Rome.

It is situated between Via Ardeatina and Via Laurentina, in proximity of the G.R.A. and the Sanctuary of the "Madonna del Divino Amore".

Just a few minutes from the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino.

It is connected to the subway with the bus line 702, which terminus is the entrance of the hamlet.

The farm house has 12 rooms (36 beds), all with private bathrooms, television and air conditioning, furnished with simplicity and good taste .

There are also two big salons which could be a perfect setting for wedding banquets, holy communions, birthday party and business meeting.

Directions From G.R.A. take exit Via Ardeatina to the Sanctuary of "The Madonna del Divino Amore".

Then right to Via Castel di Leva, the first street on the left is Via Torre Sant'Anastasia. Bus stop n. 702 which is 150 m. from the Farm House.

Geography
Rome stands on the banks of the River Tiber, the original settlement grew on the hills that face the handle in which there is the Tiberina island, the only natural ford of the river. The core and historical city is the famous seven hills: Palatine, Aventino, Capitol, Quirinale, Viminale, Esquilino and Celio. The city has also crossed another river, the Aniene (also known as Teverone), which flows into the Tiber near northern urban areas.

The land on which the city is built and developed a complex geological history: the substrate is the recent pyroclastic material produced by volcanoes, now off, which surround the area of the city to the southeast, the Volcano in the current Laziale Colli Albani, and the Northwest, Sabatini Mountains between six hundred thousand and three hundred thousand years ago.
